Custom Quality Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services in Northern Michigan. All services are subject to a signed written contract specific to each project. Pricing on this website is for general guidance only and is not binding until a written quote is provided.

3. Estimates

All estimates are valid for 30 days from issue. Final pricing depends on physical site inspection. We reserve the right to revise estimates if site conditions differ materially from the initial assessment.

4. Warranties

Workmanship warranty terms (typically 5–10 years on installations, 5 years on repairs) are documented in each project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to the manufacturer's own terms. Both warranties are voided by unauthorized modifications or improper maintenance.

5. Financing Disclaimer

We work with independent third-party lenders to facilitate financing options. Custom Quality Roofing is not a lender, not a creditor, and is not a party to any financing agreement. All financing terms, rates, and credit decisions are made solely by the independent lender. We make no representations or warranties regarding financing availability, approval, or terms.

6. Website Use

This website is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that information is current or error-free. The Instant Estimator tool provides ballpark pricing only and is not a binding quote. Unsolicited automated access (scrapers, bots) is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by Michigan state law and shall be subject to binding arbitration in Missaukee County, Michigan before a mutually agreed arbitrator.
